As the founding CEO of Crownel Co. , Ms. Evelyne Naikoba brings to the role a diverse background as a peculiar strategist, effective litigator, public advocate, communicator and educator with substantial experience in religious freedom advocacy. In dispensing her duty as a legal advocate, Evelyne passionately believes that her stance in the legal arena is more than just a proffession; it is her calling.

She graduated from University of Dar es Salaam cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Law, followed by a Post Graduate Diploma from Law Development Centre, Kampala-Uganda. She also earned an MBA with specialism in Strategy (with honors) from Herriot Watt University, Scotland. Evelyne is also a certified Chartered Governance Professional having completed her CSQS from the Chartered Governance Institute, UK.

Her principal areas of practice include advocacy, gender and equity justice, children justice, alternative dispute resolution, corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, strategic negotiations strategy and project management, and real estate practice.

Evelyne currently chairs the East African Chapter of the ITLS Lawyers, where she is responsible for spearheading, coordinating and overseeing the management of all operations of this forum within the East African Region.

She holds memberships with the Chartered Governance Institute-UK, Uganda Law Society, East Africa Law Society, Uganda Association of Women Lawyers (FIDA-U), Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA-U), Uganda Students Association Tanzania, Dispute Resolution Centre-ABRELIS global Initiative, Nigeria .
